DMV requires applicants to show evidence of completing an eight hour course on: The nature and the medical, biological and physiological effects of alcohol and drugs and their impact on the operator of a motor vehicle, the dangers associated with the operation of a motor vehicle after the consumption of alcohol or drug abuse, the penalties for alcohol and drug-related motor vehicle violations.
Liberty offers the 8 hour Safe Driving Coarse otherwise known as Drug and Alcohol Class. This class is mandated by the DMV for all new drivers.
Many of our past students have commented on how after taking this class they felt prepared for the Permit test.
Once the student has completed this coarse the will be issued a CS1.
